Visiting this website

This is a static information website hosted by Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information and the page requested. Cloudflare may process that information on infrastructure outside your country.

See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its processing and retention practices. The website files do not include advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, external fonts, sign-in, checkout or a contact form.

When you email us

We receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate your issue and handle your request. Our support mailbox uses Gmail, provided by Google; see Google's privacy policy for its service practices.

Email links open your email application. They do not send a message automatically.

How long support records are kept

We keep resolved ordinary support emails for no longer than 90 days after resolution and delete them earlier when unnecessary. We review resolved cases at least monthly, including attachments and saved copies under our control.

Records necessary for an actual legal obligation or purchase dispute may need to be retained separately for that purpose. Our deletion process does not determine an independent provider's own retention or backup lifecycle.

Questions and deletion

Email convistudio.dev@gmail.com to ask about your information or request deletion. A parent or guardian may contact us about their child's information. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or identity documents.

We will assess the request, explain any information needed to verify it and identify any retention we are required to apply. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances.
