Tell us what happened
For a test-build issue, include the game version, device model and level number if available. Describe what you tried and what happened.
Screenshots can help. Remove personal notifications and other private details before sending them.
Privacy and deletion requests
You can use the same email address to ask about information you have shared with us or request its deletion. A parent or guardian may contact us about their child's information.
Describe the request without sending identity documents. If more information is necessary to verify or resolve it, we will explain what is needed.
Keep sensitive details private
Never send passwords, payment-card details, sign-in codes or identity documents. We do not need them to receive your support request.
